Staffing for quality

ECA seeks highly qualified and experienced teachers from many nations. The majority are from the U.S. or other English speaking countries.

  Currently the professional staff consists of 115 educators from 12 nations

  All teachers are specialists in education with U.S. or equivalent credentials and teach in their area of expertise

  ECA encourages longevity of service through appropriate incentives, including an on-site Masters Program in Elementary or Secondary Education from the College of New Jersey

  There is a rigorous on-going evaluation and staff-development for all teachers
