Applying to ECA

Admissions Procedures

When you are ready to apply for admission to ECA, please submit the following documents:

 
Completed application form

Health form

Academic records for the previous 3 years ( and including the current school year if the student has not completed that year). All records must be in English.

Admission Application Questionnaire completed by the student’s current teacher (in either English or Spanish format)       

Parent Questionnaire for students entering Nursery, Pre-Kinder or Kindergarten     

Standardized testing records, if available                                                            

Any special evaluations done by the school or outside sources                              

A letter from you or from your company ( if school fees are paid by the company ) assuming responsibility for yearly school fees. Student registration begins at admission and continues for the remainder of that academic year, regardless of early withdrawal                                                                                                             

Admission evaluations are required for students without complete records or when there is a question of grade placement or the appropriateness of ECA programs for a student’s specific needs.
