11^th AIDS Benefit Concert 2007

Since 1997, ECA students and faculty members have been giving hope and solidarity to men and women living with AIDS at the Algodonal Hospital in Antímano. The Hope Club organized the 11^th annual AIDS Benefit Concert which was held last Friday February 9^th. The music provided by ECA talent and invited guests. Proceeds from the concert will enable Hope Club members to continue providing medical supplies and medicine for our friends at the Hospital.

The cost of the ticket was Bs. 15,000 and every cent will find its way to the HIV ward with the help of the Hope Club.  Also, in the spirit of raising awareness and hope for the millions of people suffering from AIDS, many students, faculty and staff wore white shirts on February 9^th.
