General information:

Although we are restricted slightly by facilities this year, we will still provide you with a varied and interesting PE program. To ensure you are able to fully participate in the PE program, please be prepared with the following for each class:

  • Gray PE shirt & Navy blue shorts for PE classes
  • Proper sneakers with thick soles & a change of socks and underwear
  • Swim suit, towel, cap, & goggles for your swimming unit
  • A section for health in your binder, lined paper & pens (grade 7 & 8 only)

No participation and tardy policy: Students that are not able to participate in Physical Education, due to illness or injury, MUST present a parents’ note to the teacher on the day they are missing Physical Education.

A doctor’s excuse will be required for not participating in two consecutive PE classes.  Participation grade will only be affected if there is no doctor’s note to support the non-participation in the second and following classes.

If a student is tardy to Physical Education and they have a hall pass and/or note from a teacher/administrator they will not receive a tardy mark for that day
