- Try to complete 30 minutes each day with a minimum
of two 30 minute sessions
- Type of exercise could be anything which raises your
heart rate above resting
- Swimming, jogging, ballet class, cycling, playing
basketball or soccer with friends, weight training are examples
- Ask your parents to sign the sheet when you finish
to verify that you completed the exercise
