End of Unit 1:  If you are looking at the curriculum overview, please note that we have finished our first unit called "Me, My Family and the Middle School Community"  We will have a unit assessment on Thursday, September 14th.

Our next unit will be focused on reading, reading comprehension and responding to what we have read.  We will be reading folktales and short stories from many different cultures.  If you have any interesting stories to share, you are more than welcome to email me.
